hope you’re all enjoying the Summer!☀️ My favourite thing about this time of the year is that we have soo many delicious, sweet & juicy Summer Fruits in Season right now.:-)
Watermelon, Honey melons, Peaches, Golden Kiwis & Cherries are my favourites! It’s honestly all I crave during hot summer days! Fruits are super easy to digest, hydrating, contain a lot of fiber and also keep my sweet tooth satisfied. Around dinner time I am more of a savoury person and I love to have vegetables, potatoes, greens & healthy fats.
We rented a Villa here in Ibiza this time, I much prefer that over staying at a hotel – what about you guys? Its such a great way to have a more „local“ experience instead of feeling like a tourist and having a kitchen on vacation is also a dream for me because I find it so interesting to buy local groceries at farmers markets & organic shops. The supermarket I show you in the video is obviously not a cute organic shop haha but that was what we needed that day because my brother & boyfriend also wanted to buy a lot of other things. (both are not so plant-based 😅)
