I’m a bloat queen and I’m always on the hunt for ways to combat that! I have found this awesome green smoothie recipe which honestly, I LOVE!!!
All you need are five ingredients which are pretty inexpensive and super good for you.
Ok, without further ado, here is the recipe:
– 1 frozen banana
– 2 cups spinach or however much you want
– lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
– water as you see fit
– ginger as much as you like
– 1/2 apple (i use green apples)
OPTIONAL: you can add turmeric.
Blend all and enjoy cold on an empty stomach 😎🤩👍
