2O2O NEW GOALS Eat more Plants to Create Health and Wellness.

“Create HEALTH and WELLNESS rather than DISEASE”. We all know someone who is suffering with their ill health and I want to encourage you guys to eat MORE PLANT BASED FOODS 💚🌱 to allow the body to THRIVE as well as HEAL.
We are overrun with processed foods and just aren’t giving the body what it needs to be HEALTHY, this is why we get sick. What the body needs more than anything is GOOD NUTRITION and that starts by eating more plant based foods as they are jam packed with VITAMINS, MINERALS, ANTIOXIDANTS and the MOST IMPORTANT…FIBRE! We MUST HAVE FIBRE to help the GUT THRIVE. Your gut microbes 🦠 feed on fibre which allows the microbes 🦠 to flourish into a beautiful garden that keeps the body healthy and the IMMUNE SYSTEM STRONG.
Why are we so sick today? Because we eat the wrong foods, it is as simple as that. No medication can sort that out. You have to change your diet and lifestyle if you wish to live healthy and disease free.
